Job Summary

As an IT Sales Representative at 1&1 Versatel, you will play a pivotal role in expanding Germany's largest alternative fiber-optic network. Your day-to-day responsibilities involve the direct field sales of fiber-optic solutions to B2B clients within defined commercial areas. This includes identifying leads through telephone prospecting, conducting professional consultations, and managing the entire digital sales process from initial offer to contract signature. You will also be responsible for nurturing existing customer relationships and reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs) to optimize sales strategies. This role is ideal for proactive professionals with a strong interest in technology and a drive for results. Required Skills

Education

Successfully completed university degree, vocational training, or equivalent qualification acquired through relevant professional experience.

Experience

  • Professional experience in sales, preferably within the telecommunications or IT industry

  • Experience in field sales and cold calling (telephone acquisition)
  • Experience in managing digital sales workflows and documentation
