Job Summary

As a ServiceNow Operations Engineer, you will join one of Europe's largest banking IT service providers to manage and maintain the strategic ServiceNow platform in a self-hosted environment. Your daily responsibilities include ensuring high availability, managing system architecture across Oracle and Unix bases, and administering various instances from development to production. You will be responsible for release management, 3rd-level support, and continuous platform optimization. This role is unique as it involves managing the full stack of the ServiceNow architecture, including web server components and the database layer.
