Job Summary
As a Metrology Technician at Feinwerktechnik hago GmbH, you will play a critical role in the quality assurance of high-quality sheet metal forming and processing. Your day-to-day responsibilities involve creating measurement programs for components and tool parts using Zeiss Calypso and Holos software, performing independent measurements, and preparing clear reports for team discussions. You will act as a technical bridge, collaborating with the toolmaking and design departments to develop tool correction recommendations and defining measurement strategies for both internal teams and external clients. This position is ideal for technical professionals who enjoy precision work and want to contribute to the production of complex stamped and laser-cut parts. The role offers a stable, permanent contract within a large, established employer on the High Rhine, featuring a 2-shift system and a highly collaborative technical environment.
Required Skills
Education
Completed technical or commercial vocational training (Berufsausbildung).
Experience
- Professional experience in the field of metrology is preferred
- Basic knowledge and experience using measurement software is desirable
- Experience in creating measurement reports and technical documentation
- Experience working within a structured, independent technical environment
