Job Summary
As an IT Specialist for the ProCurand Group in Berlin-Mitte, you will be the primary point of contact for 1st and 2nd level support across the headquarters and 39 external locations. Your daily responsibilities include the installation, configuration, and maintenance of end-user devices, printers, and network infrastructure, alongside managing Microsoft 365 environments and Mobile Device Management (MDM). You will play a critical role in ensuring system reliability through Veeam backups and VPN security management. This position is ideal for a service-oriented professional who enjoys a mix of remote hotline support and on-site troubleshooting. Education
Vocational training as an IT Specialist (Fachinformatiker) or equivalent professional experience.
Experience
- Completed vocational training as an IT Specialist for Systems Integration or a comparable qualification
- Several years of professional experience in IT support or administration of Microsoft environments
- Practical experience with software and operating system deployment
- Sound knowledge of networking, VPN, and security solutions
- Experience in managing virtual environments and backup systems
