Job Summary

As a Senior Service Delivery Manager at Deutsche Telekom Healthcare and Security Solutions, you will act as an 'entrepreneur within the company,' driving business growth and managing service excellence for healthcare clients. Your daily responsibilities involve steering distributed delivery teams, including nearshore and offshore resources, while maintaining full P&L responsibility. Required Skills

Education

University degree in (Business) Informatics, Engineering, Economics, or a comparable vocational training with several years of relevant professional experience.

Experience

  • At least 3 years of professional experience in Service Delivery Management within complex corporate structures
  • Professional experience in managing distributed delivery teams, including nearshore and offshore integration
  • Proven track record in creating, evaluating, and negotiating complex contracts at the executive level
  • Professional experience in the healthcare market or modern IT and transformation solutions
  • Experience in managing cross-functional processes and organizational structures in international companies
