Job Summary
As an RPA Developer at Tiemeyer, one of Germany's largest automotive retail groups, you will play a pivotal role in modernizing business operations across 32 locations. Your daily responsibilities involve collaborating with various departments to identify manual processes suitable for automation, followed by the design, implementation, and maintenance of RPA solutions. A key focus of this role is the integration of Artificial Intelligence (AI) to enhance decision-making and reduce execution times within automated workflows. You will be responsible for the entire lifecycle of RPA bots, including monitoring, error analysis, and continuous optimization, as well as creating technical documentation and training staff. Required Skills
Education
Completed degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a comparable qualification.
Experience
- Initial professional experience in RPA development and process automation
- Experience in analyzing and identifying processes with automation potential
- Practical experience with common RPA tools such as UiPath, WorkFusion, or Power Automate
- Experience in interdisciplinary collaboration and communication with specialized departments
