Job Summary

As a Building Services Engineer / Competence Engineer within the Corporate Real Estate (CRE) team, you will act as a Subject Matter Expert for critical infrastructure systems across ASML's Berlin sites in Neukölln and Köpenick. Your daily responsibilities include ensuring business continuity through the management of external service providers, monitoring systems online for optimization, and defining infrastructure standards for both existing and new buildings. You will play a vital role in validating technical designs (P&IDs, FMEAs, HAZOPs), specifying user requirements, and ensuring strict compliance with safety and legal regulations.
