As a Technical Facility Manager, you will be responsible for the comprehensive oversight and maintenance of building technical systems within the Rhine-Neckar region. Your daily activities involve monitoring and managing HVAC systems, heating, emergency power supplies, cooling systems, lighting, and fire safety installations. You will act as a central coordinator, negotiating with external vendors, managing budgets in alignment with facility management goals, and providing technical support for on-site events. Required Skills

Education

Experience

  • Professional experience in technical facility management for commercial real estate is preferred
  • Experience in coordinating and supervising external service providers and technicians
