Job Summary

As a Pharmaceutical Production Planner, you will be responsible for creating and continuously adjusting production schedules for semi-finished and finished pharmaceutical products based on market demand and capacity. Your day-to-day activities involve monitoring material supply, coordinating the entire production process from order entry to shipment, and leading global planning meetings with departments such as Manufacturing, QA, and QC. You will play a vital role in ensuring patient supply by managing GxP-compliant deviation and change processes and maintaining material master data. This position is particularly attractive due to its blend of operational planning and strategic process development within a highly regulated industry. Required Skills

Education

Bachelor's degree in Economics, Engineering, Computer Science, or a comparable qualification; alternatively, a relevant vocational training (e.g., Pharmacy, Technology, Logistics).

Experience

  • At least 2 years of experience in pharmaceutical production or production planning
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in production planning or manufacturing if applying with a vocational qualification instead of a degree
  • Professional experience in coordinating production processes from order to shipment
  • Experience in managing deviation and change processes within a GxP environment
