As a Quantitative Systems Pharmacology (QSP) Expert, you will play a pivotal role in drug development by developing QSP platform models for diverse oncological mechanisms, including immune checkpoint inhibitors and CAR-T therapies. Your daily work involves creating virtual patient populations to simulate clinical outcomes and support study design. You will integrate cutting-edge AI and machine learning approaches into Model-Informed Drug Development (MIDD) workflows to optimize treatment regimens and dosage selection. Working within an interdisciplinary pharmacometrics team, you will translate complex simulation results into actionable data for clinical programs. Required Skills

Education

Master's degree or PhD in Pharmacometrics, Systems Biology, Pharmacology, Biomathematics, or a related field.

Experience

  • Professional experience in Quantitative Systems Pharmacology (QSP) or systems biology modeling
  • Experience in programming and modeling using R, Python, or MATLAB
  • Experience in the context of drug development is preferred
  • Proven experience in quantitative modeling, such as mechanistic or differential equation-based approaches
