This role involves providing direct onsite IT support and managing IT infrastructure for a leading European IT service provider. Key responsibilities include performing IMAC (Install, Move, Add, Change) services, resolving user issues directly at their workstations, and managing IT equipment such as notebooks and mobile devices. The specialist will also handle ticket processing, set up and dismantle workstations, and provide technical assistance for both in-person and remote meetings. The ideal candidate will have a background in IT system integration or electronics, possess initial experience in onsite support and ticketing systems, and be prepared to work in early and late shifts.
