Job Summary

This role is for an IT Support Specialist to join one of Europe's leading IT service providers, supporting end-users for Syensqo. The position involves managing electronic tickets for 1st and 2nd level support, setting up and configuring PCs, laptops, and tablets, and installing software. You will also be responsible for troubleshooting hardware and software issues and ensuring workstations are properly cabled and configured. The ideal candidate will have a background in IT system integration or a similar field, strong experience with Windows 10/11 and Office 365, and good knowledge of standard hardware and Google Suite.
