Job Summary
As a Product Owner for Software Development at HENSOLDT Sensors in Ulm, you will play a pivotal role in shaping software products within the Electronic Warfare (COMINT) sector. Your day-to-day responsibilities involve managing the product backlog, defining and prioritizing requirements, and ensuring transparent communication with the development team. You will serve as the central interface between product management, project leaders, and technical teams to manage stakeholder expectations and ensure high-value product increments. Required Skills
Education
Degree in Computer Science, Software Development, or a comparable qualification; Certification as a Scrum Product Owner (PSPO / CSPO) or equivalent.
Experience
- Professional experience in managing product backlogs and prioritizing software requirements
- Proven track record in stakeholder management and acting as an interface between business and technical teams
- Experience in coordinating product releases and software increments across multiple sprint cycles
- Practical experience participating in Scrum events such as Sprint Planning, Reviews, and Retrospectives
- Experience working with technical tools including Java, C++, and project management software

- The position is located in Ulm and is initially offered via labor leasing with an option for permanent takeover (temp-to-perm).
