Job Summary

This role is for an IT Technician specializing in trade fair environments, responsible for setting up and troubleshooting telecommunication systems on-site for customers. Key tasks include installing and configuring routers, hubs, and end devices, as well as mounting and maintaining telephone systems, DECT systems, and access control solutions. The technician will also connect fiber optic cables to active and passive network components and provide technical support to internal sales teams. The ideal candidate will have a background in IT system electronics or system administration, practical experience with telecom installations in trade fair settings, and knowledge of DSL, VDSL, VOIP, WLAN, and MS Office 365.
