Job Summary

This role focuses on providing comprehensive IT support within one of Germany's leading IT service providers, managing over 600,000 IT workstations globally. The successful candidate will be responsible for advising and training users on new systems and devices, setting up and configuring workstations, and installing and supporting various hardware, including conference room technology. Key responsibilities also include managing IT equipment inventory, performing troubleshooting, and providing on-site support, all while processing tickets efficiently. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in IT system integration or a related field, coupled with significant experience in on-site support and proficiency with standard hardware and Microsoft products. Excellent communication and customer service skills are essential, along with a structured and reliable approach to work.
