Job Summary
As an IT Service Desk Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for users, providing essential support for IT-related issues and ensuring smooth operations. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include troubleshooting and resolving user problems via remote access, identifying and verifying errors, and prioritizing and classifying incoming requests using a ticketing system. You will also be responsible for meticulous documentation and maintaining the knowledge database. This role requires a strong background in IT support, excellent problem-solving skills, and a high degree of team orientation.
