Job Summary

This role is for an experienced IT Service Technician to join a large petrochemical group, supporting its global operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive IT support, including remote telephone assistance, hardware maintenance, software installations, and network analysis. Key responsibilities involve managing service requests according to ITIL guidelines, performing repairs on IT equipment, and administering user accounts in Active Directory and Azure AD.
