Job Summary

This role involves working for a global leader in the aerospace industry based in Ulm. As a Design Engineer, you will be responsible for the analysis and creation of mechanical specifications, as well as the maintenance and modification of series devices and systems. Your day-to-day tasks include 3D modeling of mechanical components and assemblies using Siemens NX, performing critical calculations for strength, durability, and weight, and selecting appropriate materials and manufacturing processes in coordination with production teams. You will also support the integration of prototypes and take responsibility for specific work packages regarding time, cost, and quality.
