As an IT Systems Integration Specialist, you will be the driving force behind exciting IT projects, leveraging your strong foundation in Windows, macOS, and Microsoft 365. Your daily tasks will involve managing support tickets, deploying software and updates via Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM), overseeing device management and distribution, and providing essential IT support for Windows workstations. You will also be responsible for user, group, and mailbox administration within Active Directory Manager.
