Job Summary

As a Business Intelligence Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in shaping IT processes and advancing departmental efficiency through smart digital solutions. Your day-to-day responsibilities involve the administration and support of various IT tools, with a heavy focus on the Microsoft 365 ecosystem, including Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive. You will act as a vital bridge between business departments and the development team, translating complex functional requirements into actionable technical tasks. Beyond maintenance, you will provide first- and second-level support, identify system optimization potentials, and coordinate the rollout of new applications.
