Job Summary

As the Head of Development, you will be responsible for the strategic direction of the ceramic feedthroughs development department. This leadership role involves overseeing the entire lifecycle of product and process innovation, from the initial design to the optimization of technological systems. You will provide both disciplinary and technical leadership to your team, ensuring that all products meet rigorous quality standards through close collaboration with cross-functional departments. Your day-to-day will involve managing complex technical projects and providing guidance to both internal employees and external suppliers.
