As a (Senior) Project Manager for Clinical Supply Systems, you will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between pharmaceutical logistics and IT infrastructure. Your day-to-day responsibilities involve mapping external processes within Clinical Supply Management (CSM) IT systems, managing master data, and troubleshooting complex system incidents. You will be responsible for defining global processes, creating User Requirement Specifications (URS), and optimizing cross-departmental workflows to increase efficiency. Furthermore, you will manage the system lifecycle, including User Acceptance Testing (UAT), documentation, and upgrades, while developing training materials for global users. Experience
