Job Summary

As a RAM(S) Expert supporting Siemens Energy, you will play a critical role in the technical assessment and reliability engineering of FACTS and HVDC power plants. Your daily responsibilities involve analyzing complex tenders to ensure Reliability, Availability, and Maintainability (RAM) requirements are met. You will utilize advanced methodologies such as Fault Tree Analysis (FTA) and Failure Mode, Effects, and Criticality Analysis (FMECA) to build reliability models and calculate project-specific risks. Beyond technical modeling, you will act as a strategic consultant for system design and component selection, helping to shape the maintenance concepts for large-scale energy infrastructure. Required Skills

Education

University degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Engineering, or a related technical field.

Experience

  • Relevant professional experience in RAM(S) analysis or reliability engineering
  • Professional experience in Electrical Engineering or Power Engineering
  • Experience in project management and large-scale plant execution in the export business is desirable
  • Experience with high-voltage equipment, power testing, and HVDC systems
  • Intercultural experience and ability to collaborate with international partners
