Job Summary
As a PLC Programmer at FERCHAU, you will be responsible for the end-to-end development and optimization of control software for industrial automation systems. Your daily activities will involve creating PLC programs, implementing automation solutions, and conducting rigorous system testing to ensure operational efficiency. You will play a critical role in the commissioning and maintenance of these systems, including systematic troubleshooting and error correction. The position offers a high degree of autonomy and requires a detail-oriented approach to documenting program sequences and modifications. Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training, technician certification, or a degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation Technology, or a comparable qualification.
Experience
- Professional experience in creating and optimizing PLC programs for control systems
- Experience in the development of complex control systems
- Practical experience in commissioning and maintaining automation systems
- Experience with industrial refrigeration systems is considered an advantage
- Proven track record in systematic troubleshooting and problem resolution
