Job Summary

This role involves supporting the global operations of KRONES AG, a leading manufacturer of bottling plants, by managing the technical lifecycle of electrical spare parts. As an Electronics Technician in the After Sales department, your day-to-day activities will include creating technical quotes, analyzing customer-specific inquiries, and evaluating field service reports. You will act as a vital technical consultant for on-site service technicians and LCS centers, ensuring that complex technical problems are resolved efficiently. A unique aspect of this position is the involvement in obsolescence management, where you will help manage component discontinuation processes. The role offers a high degree of flexibility through mobile working and flex-time arrangements, combined with the security of a permanent contract and the opportunity for professional development within a globally recognized engineering network. Required Skills

Education

Completed technical vocational training (minimum 3 years); additional qualification as a State-Certified Technician or Master Craftsperson (Meister) is desirable. Alternatively, a degree in Electrical Engineering is accepted.

Experience

  • Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in a technical vocational field
  • Experience in creating technical quotations and processing spare parts orders
  • Professional background in analyzing customer-specific technical inquiries
  • Experience in evaluating assembly and service reports
  • Knowledge of automation technology and electrical planning software is preferred
