Job Summary
This role at the Thuringian Energy and GreenTech Agency (ThEGA) focuses on actively shaping municipal climate protection in Thuringia. As a Network and Consulting Manager, you will serve as a central link between municipalities, state authorities, and welfare organizations. Your day-to-day responsibilities include building and managing the network of municipal climate protection managers, moderating working groups, and developing advisory tools for energy management. You will also oversee the Thuringia Climate Protection Advisory Board and contribute to the ThEMS platform for quality assurance in energy management. Required Skills
Education

Experience
- Initial professional experience in a comparable position related to energy or climate protection
- Practical experience in the field of municipal energy transition, including energy saving and efficiency
- Experience in network coordination, public relations, or consulting
- Proven experience in moderating exchange formats and working groups
- Experience in preparing complex technical topics for non-technical target groups
