Job Summary

As a Telecommunications Service Technician for Enterprise Communications Group, you will be responsible for the critical infrastructure connecting businesses and private customers to the digital future. Based in the Güstrow area and working on behalf of Deutsche Telekom, your daily activities will include performing maintenance, repairs, and installations of telecommunications systems directly at customer sites. You will diagnose technical faults in collaboration with support teams, conduct quality tests, and document your work through detailed service reports. This role is ideal for technically skilled professionals with a background in electronics or mechanics who enjoy field work and customer interaction.
