Job Summary
This role involves providing essential First-Level Support for schools within the Aurich district, focusing on both hardware and software environments. As an IT professional in the Office for IT and Digital Affairs, you will support teachers and administrative staff with technical queries and manage school networks, including IServ and Windows Server environments. Your daily tasks will include maintaining a variety of equipment such as printers, projectors, interactive displays, and tablets, alongside administering telephone systems. Required Skills
Education

Experience
- Professional experience with Server and Client operating systems is preferred
- Practical experience in IT hardware and software troubleshooting
- Experience in providing technical support to non-technical users
- Experience in network administration within an educational or public sector context
