Job Summary
This role involves the dual coordination of infrastructure management and financial administration for the Jobcenter Rhein-Berg. On the infrastructure side, the successful candidate will manage space utilization, office relocations, maintenance, and repairs, while overseeing facility management measures and inventory control. On the financial side, responsibilities include processing payment transactions, assisting with monthly administrative cost audits, and contributing to annual financial statements and public tenders. Required Skills
Education
University degree (Bachelor/Diploma/Master) in Business Administration, Finance, Public Management, Real Estate Management, or Infrastructure Management; OR completed TVöD VL II examination; OR commercial vocational training with advanced certification as a Certified Specialist (e.g., Business, Finance, or Real Estate Specialist).
Experience
- Professional experience in applying legal regulations and administrative procedures is desirable
- Experience in financial accounting, payment processing, or public sector budgeting
- Experience in facility management, maintenance coordination, or infrastructure logistics
- Proven experience in organizational management and independent project execution
- Experience with statistical evaluation and data analysis methods
