Job Summary

As an Onsite IT Support Technician based in Würzburg, you will be responsible for the independent execution of IT service tasks, focusing on hardware and standard software error analysis. Your daily activities will involve providing 1st and 2nd level support to end-users, ensuring technical issues are resolved efficiently. A significant portion of the role includes managing client rollouts, which encompasses preparing devices, delivering hardware to users, and performing data migrations and profile setups. Additionally, you will handle IMAC/R (Install, Move, Add, Change, and Remove) tasks, Break & Fix services, and standard lifecycle management replacements.
