Job Summary

This role offers a dynamic opportunity for a student to actively shape agile workflows within a global leader in pharmaceutical packaging machinery. You will provide independent support across all areas of agile process organization, focusing on the maintenance and structuring of backlogs, including refinement and documentation. A significant portion of the day-to-day involves preparing, moderating, and following up on agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and reviews. Additionally, you will be at the forefront of innovation by evaluating and implementing AI tools to optimize internal processes. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys team communication and wants to apply theoretical knowledge of software development processes in a professional setting.
