Job Summary

This part-time position involves working in an in-house laboratory for a leading traditional malt factory in Baden-Württemberg. The role is structured around a bi-weekly schedule (Tuesday to Thursday, 7:00 AM to 1:00 PM), sharing responsibilities with a colleague to ensure continuous quality control. Day-to-day activities include performing detailed analyses of raw materials like barley and wheat, as well as testing the quality of finished malt products used in the brewing industry. The successful candidate will document all findings using standard Windows software.
