Job Summary

This role offers a central position within the textile testing department of an established environmental laboratory. As an Administrative Coordinator, you will manage the end-to-end processing of textile testing orders and STANDARD 100 by OEKO-TEX® certifications. Your daily activities involve order entry, coordinating laboratory schedules, and serving as a primary point of contact for clients to discuss testing requirements. You will also be responsible for generating test reports, preparing expert opinions for certifications, and managing invoicing and external subcontracting. This position is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with a background in textile technology who enjoys a mix of technical administration and customer service. The role is available in both full-time and part-time capacities, offering a secure workplace with flexible working hours, structured onboarding, and a collaborative team environment in Münster.

Required Skills

Education

Completed vocational training as a Textile Laboratory Assistant, Product Finisher, Textile Technician, Clothing Technician, or a comparable qualification.

Experience

  • 5-10 years of professional experience in textile testing or administrative order processing is preferred
  • Professional experience in customer communication and organizational management
  • Experience in creating technical reports and expert opinions for certifications
  • Proven track record of independent and structured work within a team environment
