This role involves actively shaping the healthcare system by evaluating medical innovations based on facts, influencing critical decisions for patients in Germany and Europe. The Scientific Researcher will be responsible for preparing data and creating scientific reports in the 'Care and Guidelines' department, leading and coordinating project groups, and contributing to the dissemination of scientific findings through presentations and publications. Key responsibilities also include collaborating with external experts, presenting projects internally and to external committees, and systematically evaluating studies and guidelines. The ideal candidate will possess a strong academic background in medicine or healthcare sciences, expertise in evidence-based medicine and HTA, and experience in scientific project management. Required Skills
Education
University degree or Master's in Medicine, Healthcare Sciences, or comparable qualification
Experience
- Scientific expertise in evidence-based medicine and HTA
- Extensive scientific and methodological competence
- Experience in scientific project management
- Professional experience in acute, rehabilitative, nursing, or palliative care
- Experience with relevant analytical software (e.g., SPSS, MAXQDA)
