Job Summary
As an HR Systems Specialist at HUK-COBURG, you will take full ownership of the technical HR infrastructure, managing system parameterization, administration, and user access rights. Your daily responsibilities include identifying system requirements, performing complex error analyses, and maintaining critical system interfaces. You will act as a bridge between HR and IT, providing a robust platform for personnel data analysis and leading departmental projects. Required Skills
Education
Degree in Business Administration, IT-oriented studies, or vocational training as a Specialist for Systems Integration (Fachinformatiker).
Experience
- Professional experience in HR processes and personnel management workflows

- Experience in leading or participating in cross-departmental projects
