As a Sustaining Engineer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the long-term reliability and availability of innovative hardware solutions for the Life Science industry. Working directly with products, components, and systems, your day-to-day involves solving technical challenges and implementing pragmatic improvements across development, production, and service. You will act as a vital link between departments, managing component obsolescence by identifying and qualifying alternative parts such as displays, touchscreens, and mainboards. Additionally, you will handle hardware configurations using Python and support microcontroller-based projects. This position is ideal for a hands-on professional who enjoys technical problem-solving and wants to contribute to global health by supporting the infrastructure used by top pharmaceutical companies. Required Skills

Education

Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related technical field.
