Job Summary
This full-time position in Bremen involves working for a public sector client, focusing on large-scale hardware rollouts and end-user support. You will be responsible for the end-to-end replacement of workstation computers, including the installation, cabling, and commissioning of new systems. Beyond hardware deployment, you will analyze and resolve IT malfunctions within the client environment, supporting both system administration and general user helpdesk functions. The role requires managing hardware and software assets, as well as handling the transport and decommissioning of legacy equipment. Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training as an IT Specialist for Systems Integration (Fachinformatiker Systemintegration) or a comparable IT qualification; alternatively, a completed vocational degree combined with several years of relevant IT professional experience.
Experience
- Professional experience in the IT sector, specifically in system integration or technical support
- Experience in hardware rollouts, including installation, cabling, and commissioning of workstations
- Practical knowledge of Windows-based client systems and standard office software
- Experience in identifying and resolving technical malfunctions (Incident Management)
- Experience in a service-oriented environment with direct user interaction
