Job Summary
As an IT Service Desk Application Support Manager at CURA Group, you will serve as the primary point of contact for technical service requests and incidents within a leading healthcare organization. Your daily responsibilities include classifying incoming tickets, performing 1st level technical support, and troubleshooting issues related to various software applications. You will be responsible for the installation and administration of applications, user management, and the oversight of a Mobile Device Management (MDM) solution for iOS and Android devices. Required Skills
Education

Experience
- Professional experience in IT support or application management is advantageous
- Practical experience in the installation and configuration of IT infrastructures
- Extensive experience with Microsoft products and Microsoft 365 environments
- Experience in handling service requests, incident classification, and ticket tracking
- Experience with mobile device management and telephony systems
