As an Electronics Engineer at SWIFT GmbH, you will be responsible for the end-to-end lifecycle of specialized measurement systems used in automotive, aerospace, and wind power sectors. Your daily activities will involve circuit design, hardware development, and rapid prototyping using microcontrollers like STM32 or Infineon. You will build and commission test systems, optimize electronic components, and find creative solutions for signal processing and Edge AI applications. The position is unique for its high level of creative freedom and 'hands-on' culture, offering short decision-making paths and modern laboratory facilities. Required Skills
Education
Degree in Electrical Engineering, Technical Computer Science, Physics, or a comparable qualification; alternatively, a completed technical vocational training with relevant professional experience.
Experience
- Professional experience in hardware and software development with a focus on building physical prototypes
- Experience in programming microcontrollers (specifically C/C++) for hardware-near applications
- Practical experience with rapid prototyping tools such as Raspberry Pi or Arduino
- Experience in measurement technology, sensor systems, and signal processing is highly preferred
- Proven track record of taking electronic components from initial prototype to series production
