This role involves joining a third-generation family-run coffee roasting business that supplies premium products to international retailers. As an IT Specialist, you will be responsible for the analysis and proactive management of software and IT projects, focusing on the establishment and documentation of digital processes. Your day-to-day tasks will include monitoring local systems and networks, managing user licenses and permissions, and programming interfaces and reports. A key part of the role is coordinating with external service providers and conducting internal user training for new systems.
