Job Summary

As a Vehicle Electronics Technician in the rail vehicle construction sector, you will be responsible for the technical integrity of mobile and stationary ticket machines and passenger information systems. Your day-to-day work involves the installation, dismantling, and troubleshooting of these systems, alongside the maintenance and inspection of POS and PC hardware. You will perform functional tests, identify faults according to specifications, and handle the programming and commissioning of electronic components. This role is ideal for technical professionals who enjoy hands-on repair work and system maintenance. The position offers a competitive starting salary of at least €3,000 per month, a regulated 38-hour work week, and up to 30 days of annual leave. Required Skills

Education

Completed vocational training as a Communications Electronics Technician, Electronics Technician for Devices and Systems, or a comparable technical qualification.

Experience

  • Professional experience in the support, maintenance, and repair of electronic devices and systems
  • Experience in troubleshooting and fault finding according to technical specifications
  • Experience working with PC systems and POS hardware
  • Willingness to work in a shift system and on-call duty

  • Valid Class B driver's license required. Must be willing to work in a 2-shift system (Monday - Friday, early and mid-shifts) and participate in on-call readiness.
