Job Summary
As an Online Marketing Specialist at consolut.gmbh, you will play a pivotal role in expanding the company's digital footprint. Your daily responsibilities include building and managing social media channels, specifically Instagram and YouTube, with a heavy focus on end-to-end video content production from storyboarding to final editing. You will be responsible for website performance, implementing SEO and SEA strategies, and conducting performance tracking and reporting. This role is highly collaborative, requiring close coordination with Sales, HR, and Consulting departments to develop creative marketing campaigns and new communication formats. The position is particularly attractive due to its 'Remote First' policy, offering significant flexibility in working hours and the unique opportunity for 15 days of 'Workation' per year. Required Skills
Education
University degree in Marketing, Business, Communication, Media Sciences, or a comparable field of study.
Experience
- At least 2 years of professional experience in the field of Online Marketing
- Experience in the development, strategy, and management of social media channels
- Proven experience in video production and the use of common editing tools
- Experience working within a B2B environment is preferred
