Job Summary

As an E-Commerce Marketplace and CRM Sales Coordinator at KNIPEX, you will play a pivotal role in driving the digital sales strategy for a world-leading tool manufacturer. Your daily responsibilities include analyzing online marketplace performance using modern data tools, identifying new customer potentials, and managing technical implementations within CRM systems like Salesforce. You will serve as a key bridge between Sales, Marketing, and IT departments to optimize digital processes and provide training to both internal teams and external partners.
