Job Summary

This role involves leading the implementation and further development of a Document Management System (DMS) and driving digitalization initiatives in accordance with the Online Access Act (OZG) for the Municipality of Uetze. As the project lead, you will be responsible for the entire project lifecycle, including migration concepts, process digitalization, and resource planning. You will analyze and optimize administrative processes, coordinate with internal and external stakeholders such as IT and software providers, and develop change management strategies. Required Skills

Education

Experience

  • Professional experience in the planning, control, and successful implementation of complex projects
  • Experience with municipal administrative structures and organizational processes
  • Proven experience in analyzing and optimizing digital processes
  • Experience in process management and business process modeling is preferred
  • Experience with Document Management Systems (e.g., Enaio, CC-DMS) is desirable
