Job Summary

As a Junior IT System Integrator, you'll be a key part of the support and IT team, providing 1st and 2nd level support to both customers and internal colleagues. Your day-to-day will involve remote software installations, troubleshooting system issues, performing system expansions, and managing server migrations. You'll also be responsible for setting up hardware and software. Beyond customer support, you'll contribute to internal IT administration, including network infrastructure, server maintenance, and IT projects. This role offers the chance to develop AI-supported automations, integrate data synchronizations, maintain documentation, and actively contribute to process improvement and IT security.
