Job Summary
The Association of Statutory Health Insurance Dentists in Hesse (KZVH) is seeking a Head of Billing Department to lead its core operational unit in Frankfurt. In this pivotal leadership role, you will oversee approximately 60 employees responsible for advising 4,800 member dentists and ensuring the legal and plausible processing of dental billing. Your day-to-day will involve managing service processes, ensuring the timely remuneration of members, and coordinating with health insurance providers. You will be responsible for personnel planning, staff development, and conducting internal and external information sessions. Required Skills
Education

Experience

- Extensive experience in process documentation, implementation, and quality control
- Demonstrated experience in staff development and conducting performance reviews
