Job Summary
This role involves the strategic planning, coordination, and implementation of professional development and further education measures for all employees of the Treptow-Köpenick district office in Berlin. As a Training and Development Coordinator, you will conduct structured surveys to identify training needs across various departments and provide expert advice to organizational units. Your daily responsibilities include creating an annual in-house training plan that integrates strategic goals like diversity and health promotion, managing the entire lifecycle of training sessions—from lecturer recruitment to evaluation—and administering the eVAk system. You will also foster professional networks by moderating regular meetings and collaborating with the Berlin Academy of Administration. Required Skills
Education
Degree in Public Administration (Dipl.-Verwaltungswirt/B.A.), Public Management, Administrative Science, or completion of the Administrative Course II (VL II).
