As a (Junior) Product Manager for Wastewater Technology at Otto Graf GmbH, you will play a pivotal role in the strategic development of sustainable water management solutions. Your day-to-day responsibilities involve monitoring market and technology trends to provide data-driven recommendations, managing the product lifecycle from initial concept to market launch, and designing technical marketing and sales concepts. You will be deeply involved in technical project management, including the dimensioning and feasibility assessment of wastewater systems, while also providing technical training to international clients and staff. This role is highly collaborative, requiring close interaction with sales and production teams to handle complex customer inquiries and process optimizations. Required Skills
Education
University degree in Engineering, specifically in Wastewater Technology, Water Management, Process Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or Industrial Engineering.
Experience
- Professional experience in wastewater technology, environmental engineering, or process engineering is welcomed but not mandatory (entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply).
- Experience in managing the product development process from ideation to market launch.
- Experience in technical project handling, specifically in the calculation and design of wastewater treatment plants.
- Experience in conducting technical training sessions for internal and external stakeholders.
