Job Summary
This full-time leadership role based in Adelsdorf involves overseeing the entire administrative department with a strong focus on financial management. You will be responsible for the strategic and operational management of administrative processes, including financial and liquidity planning, and regular reporting to executive leadership. A unique aspect of this position is the management and procurement of subsidies, specifically targeting heating networks and energy centers. You will serve as a key point of contact for external partners such as tax consultants and auditors, ensuring all financial activities remain compliant and well-documented. This role is ideal for a proactive professional who enjoys a mix of high-level financial strategy and hands-on administrative organization within a collaborative environment that offers significant creative freedom and flat hierarchies.
Required Skills
Education
University degree in Economics or Business Administration, and/or completed commercial vocational training, ideally with a focus on Finance. Additional qualifications such as a 'Fachwirt' certification are an advantage.
