Job Summary
In this role, you will lead the professional development of approximately 12 apprentices within a prominent industrial power supply company in Nuremberg. As the Training Manager, you will hold both technical and disciplinary responsibility for trainees in commercial and technical fields, with a specific focus on the hands-on instruction of Electronics Technicians for Devices and Systems. Your daily activities will range from planning and organizing the vocational training curriculum to conducting performance reviews and employee appraisals. You will serve as the primary point of contact for educational institutions and remain actively involved in technical work, including soldering and using measurement equipment. This position is ideal for an experienced professional who enjoys mentoring the next generation of technicians while maintaining a strong connection to practical electronics. Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training as an Electronics Technician for Devices and Systems; ideally further qualification as a Technician or Industrial Master (Industriemeister).
Experience
- Professional experience as an Electronics Technician for Devices and Systems or in a comparable technical role
- Initial leadership experience or experience in managing colleagues
- Practical experience in technical instruction and vocational training
